The irreversible effects of water pollution

The irreversible effects of water pollution

In their current lesson, the primary summer school students got to better understand the irreversible effects of water pollution.

Their hands-on learning included taking samples from clean water in a container with toy animals. These toys represented the animals living in our oceans before significant water pollution. Then, brown-colored water and dirt were poured to describe the current ocean pollution. The students were given filter paper to filter their following water samples.

Although the filter helped remove the dirt, the water remained brown and became an eye-opening lesson for the students on the damaging effects of water pollution on all living creatures.
