On Monday February 18th, Ms. Donna and Mr. Alex accompanied the K2 class on a field trip to Ancient Siam. Ancient Siam (also known as Ancient City), is a museum park constructed by Lek Viriyaphant, occupying over 200 acres (0.81 km2) in the shape of Thailand.
The field trip is part of the current PBL unit , designed by the K2 homeroom teacher Ms. Donna, in collaboration with the art teacher Mr. Alex. It encompasses history and ancestry, and will culminate with the creation of a miniature structure by the K2 students, inspired by the impressive Thai buildings that they viewed in in the museum park.
